Samsung is pushing its Bixby service to a wide array of Galaxy users, including the recently launched Galaxy S10 models. The service can easily be accessed via a single push of a physical key allocated to it. That is known as the Bixby button and, until now, Galaxy users couldn’t reallocate it to other apps. However, now we can remap Bixby button on Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10E.

Bixby is Samsung’s assistant, and while some users find it useful, some others would like to use something else instead of it. That’s why many Samsung Galaxy S10 owners were happy to find out that the South Korean tech giant finally allows users to remap the Bixby button.

In this short tutorial, we’ll show you how to remap the Bixby button on Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10E. However, if you want to reallocate the key to Google Assistant, you’ll be disappointed to find out that’s impossible.

Note that remapping the Bixby key to another application on your device won’t disable the service. If you want to disable Bixby, read on because we’ll show you how to do that, too, or check out our How To Disable Bixby on Your Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10E tutorial.
