Type the website.
To register your Panera Bread card, go there and click “Register.” Fill out the following information and click submit:

Click “Register”.

With so many options for registration, you may be wondering why you should use your email address. Your email address will give you access to exclusive deals and offers from Panera Bread that isn’t available anywhere else. If you have an iPhone, you can easily create an online account with them and use your device to pay for your food.
But since I do (and let’s face it, if you’re reading this article, chances are that you have one too), let’s talk about how easy it is to sign up with ApplePay.
All you need is an iOS device like an iPad or iPhone running at least iOS 9 on its latest software update; then go into Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Add Credit or Debit Card and follow the instructions provided by Panera Bread. When you register your Panera Bread Card, the system will ask for your birthday. You must enter it in mm/dd/yyyy format (mm = month, dd = day and yyyy = year).If you are not sure of your birthday or if it is February 29th, then enter the month and day that you were born.
